my pool water stays crystal clear with just a small amount each weekWe fill our pool with well water every year. It is brown (pictured) and you can barely see the bottom. Within 24 hours of applying 3 oz of The Sapphire Stuff, it turns yellow (pictured). By 48 hours, my water is crystal clear, and all my chemicals are balance (minus chlorine, which is 0 since I haven’t added anything but this cleaner). It really is an all-in-one for me! I highly recommend this. This stuff works, I use it every year. The only problem is shipping is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a blue box with half empty bottles and sometimes you don't. 5 stars is the rating for how the product works.Easily the most effective clarifier I have ever usedI like Jack's products. Pinch a Penny, a chain store has it's store brand made by Jack's. I found that having a filter that's slightly dirty will filter the coagulated particles better than a super clean filter. It took about three days for the water to really clear up with a slightly dirty filter. I vacuumed the pool afterwards and there was very little to clean up. Your situation may require a vacuum afterwards.First bottle received was packaged with a loose cap and in a open plastic bag.. More than half of the product was spilled in the box, packaging material and another ordered product was also blue. (Me too, but that's another story)Returned the bottle with the tighten cap and taped shut enclosed in a sealed plastic bag. Wrote suggestions about sealing packing for this product so that delivery and customers do no up looking like a Smurfs.Replacement bottle received and again the interior of the shipping box was blue along with the kitchen counter and me. UGH.Other than above, from what I can tell the product works great for tie-dying and causing blue stains on any porous materials..Really do not enough product left to make any observations if it helps clarify pool water nor am I willing to take another blue bath with this vendor/product. They win, I quit, take my lumps, and Pinch-A-Penny here I come.Seems to work okay for the pool but the bottom of one of the bottles was cracked and leaked all over the box.Best product out there!
